I've been studying and practicing the healing arts for more than thirty years.

My approach integrates Family/Shamanic Constellations, sound healing, and nervous system practices to address trauma at its root. I create and hold a sacred container for our sessions, anchored in safety, care, and compassion.

People often tell me they feel clearer and more whole after our work together. My intention is to heal ancestral patterns, clear somatic blocks, and rewire old patterns — helping you meet life with more ease, connection, and wholeness.

I completed my Family Constellation training through the Human Systems Institute in Portland, OR, and Healing Family Trauma training in Boulder, CO. I hold Colorado Department of Education (CDE) licensure and Neurosomatic Intelligence certification. I'm also a certified sound healer, having studied with Master Sound Healer Tom Kenyon for more than twenty years, focusing on Buddhist, Taoist, and Egyptian techniques grounded in brain science and nervous system regulation.

I specialize in working with adults working with childhood traumas, chronic stress, and anxiety, as well as kids and teens, teaching self-regulation practices that support nervous system healing.

What is a Family Constellation?

Family Constellations is an experiential approach that reveals the hidden patterns and unconscious entanglements running through a family system. These patterns are usually rooted in trauma, loss, exclusion, or broken bonds. They can go on shaping relationships, health, behavior, and life direction long after the original event has passed, sometimes for generations, until someone finally finds the courage to stop the cycle. Often that someone is the "black sheep," the one who feels like an outsider, carrying the family’s or organization’s unfinished business without even realizing it.

I work in what Master Constellator John L. Payne (Shavasti) calls the shamanic register of this work. It's a depth and an orientation: attending to ancestors, to the excluded, to unresolved loss across generations, and letting the unseen show us what needs to be acknowledged. Healing happens through simple, ritual acts of seeing, honoring, and restoring everyone to their rightful place, and by staying embodied so the work is felt and sensed, not just talked about. Sound, somatic attunement, and intuition are how I meet that field.

How a Group Constellation Works

In a group constellation, there's a focal client, the person whose issue is being explored, and representatives. The client chooses someone to represent themselves, and someone for each of the other key people connected to the issue. As they're placed in relation to one another in the circle, a pattern starts to reveal itself.

Bert Hellinger, the founder of this work, called this the "knowing field." Representatives aren't acting or role-playing. They report what they sense, feel, and think in their bodies, and the field itself points the way back to an issue's root. Voice, bowls, rattles, or drums come in when the field calls for them, to loosen a stuck place, clear an obstacle, or call in whatever energy the constellation needs. The field directs the work.

I once represented a focal client in a constellation held over Zoom. As I dropped into the field, I felt my head turn to the right, fixed on my Tibetan Terrier’s bag of dog food that read "Real Texas Beef." When the facilitator asked me to check in, I just reported what I was seeing. The client said, "My grandfather was a cattle rancher in Texas." The field had shown us exactly where to start: the paternal line, beginning with the grandfather.

How a One-on-One Session Works

That same field is present in one-on-one work too, held between the client, myself, and spirit. Any object can represent a family member, a partner, a condition, or an obstacle. I prefer clients choose personal objects, since they tend to carry their own energy and meaning, but honestly anything can work. I once facilitated an impromptu constellation using peanuts from a bowl on the table, and it had a surprisingly powerful outcome.

In one-on-one sessions, I'm reading the field through three channels at once: what the body is doing (a held breath, a tightened shoulder, a sudden wave of emotion), what wants to be said, and what wants to be sounded. Nothing here is forced toward a solution. The intention is for truth, humility, and reconciliation with what is, restoring a person's relationship to their family, their ancestors, and something larger than themselves.

This work brings what's hidden into awareness, so you can recognize what was never actually yours to carry, and let it go. What's left is clarity, balance, connection, and a different relationship to patterns that may have followed you your whole life. Whether it happens in a private session or a group workshop, this work opens the door to real healing, wholeness, and lasting change.
